Sean Lavin studied graphic design and fine art before founding his own branding agency in the late 1990s and since developed a passion for lighting design during his early experience of building the Tech Lighting brand. Known for his sophisticated, modern design aesthetic combined with the most current LED technology. Favouring clean lines, natural materials and a neutral colour palette that make a strong statement while also marrying with the surroundings. He appreciates that lighting is one of the most important elements that impacts every other design detail and sets the mood and emotion for the entirety of the space. Sean is one of the brilliant lighting designers at Tech Lighting responsible for creating many of their most important collections including some of his favourites which include Mina, Spur, Sedona and more recently Nyra and Bau. Tech Lighting is considered among the world’s leading manufacturers of contemporary designer lighting for homes, office and commercial spaces, making them a perfect collaboration.
